Order tracking id showing delivered but not even enter to destination country.

Dear service providers,
I tracked my parcel through tracking id :AS036375169CN.
Showing delivered but I can't received it not even a single massage through my given number.
Also I confirmed through visiting to Pakistan post office and customs office they says that your order is not even enter to Pakistan.
Please track and trace my parcel that where is to delivered it and make delivery to my give address.
