My order is with the state "Held by customs" for 3 days. It is normal that happen?

It's not held by customs. I think it has passed the customs check and on the way to Portugal now.

Could you please help me find out where my order is? I ordered from China on the 09-12-21 and haven't been able to get information as to where it is.
