Order stuck "plane has landed"

Hi, I ordered 2 packages LZ058311134CN and LZ058311151CN, according the tracking number "the plane has landed" on september 14. After that there are no more information (today is September 26). But according Spain Post the last information is September 10 "the package left the origin country". So it is normal that it take so much time after "the plane has landed" or maybe it could be other problem? 2 months ago I received other package from the same company in 20 days, it was fast, thats why now it is weird for me. Thanks

They are delayed. You'd better wait for more days to see they arrive. There will be update after they reach Spain. To my experience, they should be reached recently.
