Order stuck in facility 25

Got in order that is stuck in China 25 days now tracking has not update since the first of August and all it says origin post is preparing shipment that is all it says 25 days want to know who do I call and how are you I know about trying to get this resolved...

Hi shawnoxendine,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in your country. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
