Hi! Can someone help me to know where my order is? It was supposed to come in August 15 and now change to September 4 and has been stuck at departure transit hub for like 2 weeks now.

It was delivered by airline on July 16 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Chile after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

The sender may just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it. You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
