Order stuck at Guangzhou customs for 5 days, please help me

Hello, can anyone help me. mY order has been stuck at customs in Guangzhou, for 5 working days and I have not received any information about clearing it. Tracking has not been updated since then. is this normal? How long does it usually take to receive information from customs regarding goods after it arrives for inspection.

Hi IVY2345,

It should be released in 15 days. If it couldn't be released in 15 days, it should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
