Order still not received after 40 days in transit - Unacceptable

My order still hasn't arrived - Purchased 9th April 2020 - Tracking says it has left China at the start of last month. This is completely ridiculous even with Covid19 delays and I am demanding a refund of the price I paid. The company I ordered it with is refusing to refund as it has been posted so the fault clearly lies with you as the postal system. Email me asap to reply to this.

My tracking number is LN846601900CN and it has been two months since I ordered a strip of neon lights from a company named neon bite. I was just wondering in the status it has said the location is unknown right now.

It has left China and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.
If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact seller for refund. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods in time, you have the right to get your money back from seller.
