Order saying arrived in country of destination and departed from facility

Hi, I ordered form SHEIN, my order number is GSHMGL00F000YP6. I chose express delivery to recieve a 2-4 days delivery option. It has been over a week and my package is still not with me, I am very disappointed as there was birthday gifts and decorations in it and the birthday is tomorrow. Can you please let me know if it has been passed from airport to my local courier please help! Thank you

Why is my order stuck at arrived at destination country for a lot of days? It is even crossing the last expected delivery which will be on August 6th. If it is at my country why didn't it start customs processing yet. I have contacted my local post office and they said nothing has arrived yet.
