I order a saxphone and electric Piano on August 7, 2021 from congdu775515@163 at Shilu llc. I paid for these products. On 10/22/21, I was told that these products were been shipped through China PostEMS. The Tracking Number is UU229473991CN and UU229625374CN When can I expect to receive these items. Shelia Bruce.

Hi Sheliabruce90,

They are sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for them after they arrive at the US secondary processing center. So, you can't get more update. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get them in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Is it possible to arrange a surface transport (other transport SAL or AIR also possible) from Shanghai, China to North Macedonia for a large package with the following content:
