Hello.

Please could you explain me why is this order not sent from your country? I got information from our post office this package was never in Slovakia. Seller is still saying please wait on order. I am ordered it in end of August now is end January. Please who I can contact about my package. I need it ASAP. Thank you.

It's greatly delayed due to the coronavirus. It's still in Zhengzhou city now. As it has been over five months, I suggest you contact the seller to refund you as soon as possible.
