Order of large item but tracked as small packet?

Hello. I ordered a large exercise machine on ali express to the UK. It weights 30kg. I have been given a tracking number LV263954485CN which I think us for a small packet? Large items should begin with CP? Please can you advise?

Hi Geni,

Yes, LV263954485CN should be a package with the weight less than 2kg. You'd better contact the seller to confirm.

Hi. Please can you tell me if this looks normal UJ762556407CN. Should I still expect delivery soon? I understand it is not fully tracked (cheap service) but I have seen similar codes with more information than this. It is just I placed a different order with an ASxxxxxxxxxCN code and it did not arrive after 4 months so this was 2nd order from a different seller. So I have waited over 6 months for a small item now in total. Thank you.
