The result show “electronic data received” on Sep. 3. This means the seller applied a tracking number from China, but does not actually ship the item yet. Many sellers online would like to delay shipment for some days to accumulate more orders then sent out together to save shipping fees. But if the status is the same for over 10 days, you'd better ask the seller and let him give you a reasonable reply. If he couldn't, you'd better open a duspute soon.
