Hi Deborah,

You don't nee to contact Guangzhou exchange bureau.

'Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open' is usually the last update that China Post could provide for packages with tracking number consisted of 11 digits. It's ordinary small package that is not registered. So, China Post couldn't provide tracking service for it especially when it leaves China. It moves in fact, but China Post has stopped updating information for it in the system as it's not scanned after that. You can only wait. Three months may be needed for the delivery of this kind of package.

Hi,

I got the following nr LV486129035CN. This has never been shown on the website, stating there is no information.
It was shipped on 1. June. When I ask the company for reimbursement he only wants to give 50% and says that China post can only be contacted for reimbursement when the order price is over 120$.
Could you help me, I truly don't trust the company. Is this true? Have you see any track on this number, because I believe this has never been sent and the nr is not even valid.
