Order not sent more than 20 days

My product, with a LX289943176CN tracking code, informs you that the plane entered Porto on June 24, 2021, but there is no update that has already been sent to Brazil or that has arrived in the country! It's been more than 20 days since posting and so far it's stopped in China!

Hi Monicke,

It's in the middle location now. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in Brazil.

Thanks for the information, but how many days I need to wait for my package to be send to Brazil? Since the package is a long time stopped for shipment?

LV326487835CN I haven’t received my delivery yet and I was told by the seller I should receive within 10-14 days everyone else from the uk that bought from the seller received their order within the time frame.It’s been nearly a month and it still says in transit ,how can a item be in a transit for over 20 days !
