Hello, supposedly according to the seller I have received my product, this is the tracking number AM698482221CN, but I have not received the product. I have gone to my local post office and it is not there. Please can you tell me where it was delivered, and to whom it was delivered. Please I need proof of who it was delivered to in order to file a claim with the seller. Thank you very much
