Good morning!
Tracking my order I found out that it has been delivered since 18/10/2023, but I have not received anything. Can you please help me? Which post office is supposed to do the delivery in Greece, and is there any possibility of changing the tracking number and which could it be?

It was delivere to ΙΕΡΑΠΕΤΡΑ，ΙΕΡΑΠΕΤΡΑ 72200 on October 18. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
