Order not moved since July 4th.

I ordered in mid-June and my tracking number is RD417726844CN. It said it was going to leave Guangzhou on June 25th and will be forwarded to Shanghai on July 4th and there hasn't been any updates since then? Is it lost? How long will it take to arrive in the US? It's been almost 2 months since it was sent.

Hi ac,

It's not lost. It was delivered by airline on July 4 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
