Dear, I had placed an order, I had track and trace with this number AM340443447CN, but now my package would have been delivered according to the app, but that is not true or how can I know where it is or was delivered? Its not at my house,and i have seen nobody ,Best regards

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Belgium. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
