Hi I ordered something from ali express and they claim the package was deliverd, even the delivery information on your China post says so. However I never received the package and they said I should get in touch with the delivery company to get signature proof and they will give a refund. Also if you have the information can you tell which UK local company tried to deliver. Tracking number is AM985338414CN

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you and give you a solution, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
