Order from Zaful not moving

Hello, I have ordered a package from Zaful on 8th of June, it left the warehouse on the 13th of June. It has reached Serbia on June 24th, and last update is that it’s in a sorting center in Serbia since 27th. So it’s been now more than a week since it hasn’t moved. How can I know when will it arrive or what’s going on? I hope you can help me, thank you.

Hi Gina,

If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact Serbia Post to check it for you. Or, contact the seller to check it for you in time.
