Order from Ali express not yet received

I made a purchase on Ali express website, I’ve received most of the order except the one that I need the most. It’s been almost three months now since I’ve made my order!
Tracking number is: RE090612009CN
Please can you provide me with the status of the shipment and when will it arrive to the final destination or if there any problem with the shipment

Hi Hadi,

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back and is still stuck at the customs of Qingdao now. I suggest you contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
