Hello. Why my order YT2110721266077078 have same status „Shipment information received” from few weeks?

Hi Bartosz,

There is only 'Shipment information received' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on April 17 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
