Order failed

It says on the order status that my order has been failed to be delivered but its im piraeus, my hometown, can you tell me at what post office it went so i can go get it?

My package sent from Peking to Berlin via SF.Express. says "inbound failed" after it is out for delivery in Germany.
I would like to know what exactly does this mean, like shouldn't inbound failed means that the package is stuck at custom? Is it even possible that a package is inbound failed after it is out for delivery?
Also, I would like to have suggestions on what to do and who to contact next.
