I ordered an item from China that has to be sent to Italy.
I got the last update on 20 October 2022, the tracking page says "Handed over to the carrier for transportation".
How can i see, or it is possible to see if there are any problems with my package? (Stuck in customs, or transit or maybe package lost?)

There is no problem for it. It takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
