I think there is something wrong with the tracking number. A normal number is consisted of 13 numbers not 14 numbers as you provided.

Hi Anjali,
The seller uses China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus to send your product. This is a cheap and slow service of China Post. It's not registered, so China Post doesn't offer tracking service for it. I can only know it was sent out on Oct. 24. The seller also couldn't follow it.
If you couldn't get it in time, better open a dispute to Aliexpress to ask your money back.
