Order accepted by the air carrier?

Hello,is it possible to know if my order was accepted by the air carrier?

I have on the AliExpress website that was not accepted, but at 17TRACK indicates that it was returned on 30/10, and that same day again sent.

It couldn't be tracked now. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after October 30. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it before the delivery deadline, contact the seller to give you a solution or open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund as soon as possible.

My question was only because the order returned ,for security reasons, to Guangzhou.
And also because the delivery of the order was scheduled for this week, 22 to 25 days after I made the purchase.
