Your courrier did not ring the doorbell even though someone was in. The envelope was opened on the front lawn and contents stolen.

Hi David Chan,

It's sent by Canada Post when it arrives in Canada. You need to contact Canada Post to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
