Only one half of my order was delivered

I am writing you in reference to tracking numberEV934093995CN and the transaction ID is 31556878D99547533. I ordered two pair of NIKE air max 2017 mens running shoes... I received one shoe but did not receive the second. it has been a couple weeks now. Can you please update me in terms of the status on this second pair of shoes? I email Shanlin-Trading@outlook,com every day on this issue and have yet to receive a response. Please help me.

Hi Michel Mercaldo,

We couldn't know where the second shoes are. You need to contact the seller to ask if he sent the shoes in two packages. If they don't reply you. You need to open a dispute or ask for a charge back from the bank or visa company in time.
