One of the EMS packages were received but the other one was stuck

Hi, I have two parcels that were received together by the forwarding agent on the same date, April 4, 2021. I have received one of the packages on April 12, 2021, however, one of the parcels shipment number EV965899928CN was stuck, and no update. Qatar Post confirmed that the package isn't in Qatar. Please, could you please look into this? Thanks
