One month in transit and the tracking of my package is not updated

Since last July 18, the tracking of my package has not been updated and has remained in the following message: "Guangzhou City, has been delivered to the carrier transport". Do you think there is a problem? How can I know the status of my package? Is there a solution for it to finally reach its destination?

Hi Alex,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it was delivered to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
