Buen dia, hice una compra en aliexpress con numero de guia RV167154275CN, la cual no se mueve de "orden logistica creada" desde el 15/09/2019, compro mucho en china y jamas me habia pasado, maximo a la semana ya habia novedad, podria ser un caso de estafa por parte del vendedor?
