Notification delivered but did not receive?

I have confirmed with seller on proper address,
Tracking #: AM554625238CN
Shows delivered November 26, I did not receive it
I checked with neighbors & property (Nothing), why
Does it show it was delivered when it obviously wasn’t?

I got notification that my package was delivered on Tuesday the 28th. Then I got a notification @7:32 am on Wednesday the 29th that they attempted another delivery and then was delivered at 9:43am that same day. I use 17 track app to track packages. I had a notification come across yesterday. It was delivered to Mesa, Arizona and I live in Topeka, Kansas. I don't if it's my package or if I received someone else's notification.

Received tracking notification at 8.25am saying item delivered at 11.37am. Please explain how a delivery notification can be received 3 hours before the time it was supposed to have been delivered? No delivery arrived either. I've been arguing with the company I ordered from for 10 days now. What is going on with your company? I can see many people saying the same thing recently. Are your staff stealing the items?
