Not understanding the status of my parcel on the tracking website.

Hi, I hope someone can help me please. I placed an order on Rosegal on the 19th of November 2016, my tracking number only appeared on the tracking website on the 2nd of December 2016 saying "Xian Communications Advertising Council has accepted" and then also "Communications Advertising Bureau, XI ' an,"....
When I logged in today(12/12/2016) to check the status of my parcel, it said the following "2016-12-11 13:29 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly" and again "2016-12-11 10:33 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open"
What does this last message/update mean? I am in South Africa and was hoping to receive my parcel on or before the 19th of December 2016 as I am going away for the holidays till the new year.
I would appreciate any feedback as soon as possible so much.
Thanks
Ilke

Hi
Thanks for your response, I did not even know that I placed an order as a 'seller'.... (0-o)
I downloaded the App and placed the order via the App. I hope that is not what delayed the order, else I wonder why the seller took so long to send my parcel.
My tracking no. is: RN224550776CN
Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks

Hi Ilke,
It's sent through China Post air mail service. It usually takes a month to reach South Africa. As it left China on Dec. 11, you may get it around January 11, 2017.

No one could guarantee the arrival time for you. All things may happen on the way that make it delayed. 10-25 days is the average time for China Post air mail. You should also have preparation for it to arrive in a month.

It has been in South Africa since Jan. 18. South Africa Post tried to deliver it to you on Jan. 26 but seems failed. Better contact South Africa Post to ask for redelivery:
2017-01-26 12:27--South Africa, the post office throw
2017-01-26 10:20--South Africa, the post office throw
2017-01-21 01:46--JIMC c transfer of customs
2017-01-18 21:45--South Africa Johannesburg, reaches Exchange Bureau
2017-01-26 12:27--South Africa, the post office throw
2017-01-26 10:20--South Africa, the post office throw

Although you placed the order on The seller on the 19th of November, the seller sent it out on 2nd of December 2016. He delayed it for so many days.
"2016-12-11 13:29 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly" means it left China on Dec. 11 and on the way to South Africa. I need to know your tracking number to distinguish which way and what kind of post service the seller use to deliver it and get to know the time it takes to reach you.
