The seller answers with vain and generic answers, the only solution they provide me is "refunding half of the money", which makes no sense.

Kuaiyan are either scammers or somebody stole a whole container with all our orders.

Did you received your package? Or not yet? because i have the same issue and it is been 1 month without receiving my shipment and i am worried because no one answering me! even the main seller. I really need it to be delivered because i am traveling soon.
