I made a purchase a while ago and it’s in a processing office. Please could you find out what’s holding it back and what currier it will be with in the uk? My tracking number is UU342344084CN. I’ve contacted the seller and they aren’t replying.

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it leaves for some stations. So, you may can't get more update after Jan.28. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution.
