Hello! I had a package that was transported by you all and it states that it was delivered on the 14th however it was never actually delivered. Address was correct and no neighbors received it. Tracking number: AG126309525CN.

Hi Marie Mattus,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
