not receipt of iparcel

Item not received. Tracing no.AM 506726302CN. Even though show as delivered .Take action to deliver the item. I saw that as per tracking the parcel was delivered on 10th september 2024. But I heve not received any item. I do not know as to whom i address my problem. I am in Kanata, ontario. canada. Is there any collection center in kanata so that i can collect the item in person.I need an urgent reply.

According to the tracking information, AM506726302CN was delivered on September 10. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Canada. Then, use the number to check with Canada Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
