Not delivered over a month

I am very angry. This is my tracking no: LK106975895AU As you can see this parcel left Australia over a month ago, and no one knows where this parcel is. The pathetic company where I bought this from in the first place are absolutely hopeless at "customer service" and they keep telling me to "wait and be patient". Its been over a month and I want my money back.

The delivery was failed on Dec.10 as the receipient couldn't be get connected. You need to let the receipient contact the delivery man to check it as soon as possible. tel: 18988900420

I have sent this useless company so many emails re: the location of my parcel. I have given them the phone number you gave me, and hopefully (I won't hold my breath) they'll contact the courier and find this parcel, and in turn refund me my $$.
