Not delivered my package

Is it possible to get the tracking number from Canada courrier company because my tracking#AT085698735CN says it is delivered but received nothing and maybe it pass my package to a local courrier company to be delivered.

my package states it was delivered but i believe it was delivered to the wrong address i checked with my local postal services they have not had the package i am wondering where my package was delivered to as i have also checked with neighbors no one has received it.
