Not delivered

Hi there I got told via your site my package was delivered on the 12th of September now that's simply not true due to that being a Sunday I didn't get it today either and today being the 13th im sorry but I want to know where it is as no note was left to go pick it from anywhere so please tell me where it is. I have waited long enough for this order

Hi Tamara,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
