According to the tracking information, AM095415310CN was delivered to Liverpool, Liverpool L23 0SQ on Oct. 10. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Probably it is only to a service point.
