Non-Receipt of Item Ordered Since August 2018.

My order had been placed since August 2018 and no receipt; the tracking 2018-08-28 20:09:51 (has left China). I have not gotten the item.

If you couldn't get the package over 3 months, it must be lost on the way. You'd better contact the seller to refund you.
