Why have none of my incoming letters from UK been delivered to me since 2016. My address has not changed for 8 years. Before 2016 I was getting regular deliveries. I live at Building # 8-2-802, Jiu Zhou Jia Yuan, Xin Shi Ji Da Dao #98, Beihai City, Guangxi Province, China 536000. Please Explain?

To Daisy.
The letters are from the following UK senders (1) The Department of Work and Pensions. (2) Barclays Bank plc.
The first is a UK Goverment Department, who wrote to me in to me in May 2018
The second is my Bank, who wrote to me in June and in July 2018
I have been in touch with both senders, who only send Letters by The Royal Mail using the Franked Mail Postal Service. This service has no Tracking Numbers.it is the same as using Postage Stamps. I cannot get them to stop these deliveries. I have contacted them many times.

I am pleased to announce that the second (2) subject message was duly delivered to me by EMS yesterday afternoon.
The Bank, only used a courier service at my request, after failing two previous attempts to deliver the message using a Non Tracked service, which is still customary in the United Kingdom.
I would strongly recommend that China Post investigates why ordinary franked mail from UK to customers in Beihai, is not being delivered!!

Ordinary mail is cheap, easy to be lost, couldn't be tracked and takes a very long time to reach. It's hard to investigate.
Who send the letters to you? You'd better contact the sender to ask if he has stopped the delivery to you.
