I haven't seen an update on my status since 5/2020. I've continued reaching out to get an update and the only response I continue to get is to wait. Now we're ending July and still nothing. This is unacceptable and I really need information. Please give me an answer other than please keep waiting. Where is my package?

It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in early August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If you don't want to wait for more days, you can contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
