No updates since arriving in the US

My package shows that it arrived in the US on April 14th but there are no updates since then. Are these items able to be tracked once in the US? UP821711590CN

Hi,

It couldn't be tracked after that. In general, it should be delivered within two week. If you couldn't get it, that's not normal. Better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Where is my package? Why am I not getting updates. At first it said arriving by Dec. 18 and now it's saying dec. 24-35. When should I expect it because it was ordered on the Dec. 12.
