Dear can you please update on the status of my parcel EA911331569CN status is not updated since 29/01/2019 can you please update if it left china or still there?

Hi Mkendil,

It left China on Jan. 29 and on the way to Ukraine now. There is no information when it's on the way to Ukraine. When it arrives and is got by Ukraine EMS, there will be further update. Wait patiently. It usually takes about 7-15 days for you to get it after it left China.
