Hi,

This tracking number leads me to an order that has no information since May 26th. It says that the expedition information has been received, but has no updates. Please let me know the situation of this shipment.

Hi Rita Pereira,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just assigned a tracking code to the order on May 26 but hasn't handed it over to the post office. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
