No Updates on parcel

Hello,
I've been keeping up with my delivery but for a week the tracking number says that the carrier doesn't provide further updates. Is it lost or can I still expect it

Hi BC,

To my experience, it should have update showing it arrives in the US recently. If there is no update to the end of this month, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
