NO Updates on my package

My package has had no updates since 08/29/2021. It says "Departure from Regional Sorting Center.
Guangzhou" on 08/29 and then there has been no updates since then. Is my package considered lost or in customs?

Hi tjohnson2049,

If there is no update in two months, it may be lost. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
