I haven't had any updates on my package. My package have been "preparing for shipment for so Long and no updates. tracking number : LW501613428CN can I know whats going o or where its is. when is it arriving

I have sent a return package to china and I have been told it left Guangzhou import office 2 weeks ago, this seems very strange as the destination is in Guangzhou so I thought it would be much faster to reach final destination by now. PayPal will not give me my refund until package is delivered with delivery updates.
I have sent a return package to china and I have been told it left Guangzhou import office 2 weeks ago, this seems very strange as the destination is in Guangzhou so I thought it would be much faster to reach final destination by now. PayPal will not give me my refund until package is delivered with delivery updates.
It left China around Feb. 15 and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
